Recently, the QB/T5258-2018 "Plastic Thread Pressing Cap" industry standard, drafted by Changhong Plastic Group Yingpairui Plastic Co., Ltd. and jointly participated by multiple enterprises, has been approved and released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, and will be implemented on September 1 of this year.
For a long time, there has been no unified standard for plastic wire pressing caps nationwide, and various manufacturers have gone their own way, implementing uneven production standards, which has affected the healthy development of the industry. The industry standard for plastic wire pressing caps released and implemented this time mainly specifies the classification structure, naming and identification, materials, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, storage, and other contents of plastic wire pressing caps. The implementation of this standard has further improved the overall level of products, enhanced international competitiveness, and effectively promoted technological progress in the plastic wiring equipment industry.
It is understood that this is the third standard in the plastic wiring equipment industry, following the industry standard QB/T 4494-2013 "Self locking Polyamide Ties", and also another industry standard drafted by Yueqing Enterprise.
