(1) Enterprise Overview

Jiangsu Huayang Nylon Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production, sales, and service of polymer new materials, engineering plastics, nylon plastic parts, and polyester yarn. Huayang Nylon has multiple large-scale production bases in the local area, with a production capacity of 20000 tons of nylon 66 polymerization. The annual production of nylon straps exceeds 1.8 billion, and it has an advanced domestic flow production line that integrates polyester spinning, spinning, and twisting.

Huayang Nylon utilizes its unique production process and technology to develop and produce five series of independent intellectual property products, including nylon 66 chips, nylon reinforced and toughened chips, nylon ties, polyester sewing thread, and polyester sewing thread. These products are widely used in industries such as home appliances, automobiles, high-speed rail, clothing, and industrial packaging.

Timely, accurately, and comprehensively reflect the operation of the company's pollution control facilities, provide a basis for environmental management and pollution prevention, and ensure that pollutants such as exhaust gas, wastewater, and noise are discharged up to standard.

According to relevant regulations such as the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (implemented on January 1, 2015), the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China (Presidential Order No. 31), the Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China (revised for the second time on June 27, 2017), and the Interim Measures for the Monitoring and Management of Industrial Pollution Sources, This monitoring plan is formulated based on the production process and operation of pollution control facilities of the company, as well as the environmental monitoring management requirements in the company's environmental impact assessment.

2. Wastewater and groundwater monitoring

Monitoring items: Wastewater sent to the sewage treatment company in Duntou Town: pH, COD, SS, ammonia nitrogen, TP, total nitrogen.
